Sophia Platcow chosen as a Prefect for 2015-2016 year

Sophia has been selected as a Lake Forest Academy Prefect for the next school year. Prefects act as resources to the school community and will oversee student leadership at the Academy.

Students were nominated by faculty and participated in a series of interviews with current Prefects. The senior leaders worked to give each candidate a fair discussion and made the announcement during Morning Meeting on April 15th.

Sophia has shown strong leadership skills and dedication to the school community. The Prefects will report to Head Prefects and will collaborate with the proctors, club leaders, and class presidents to organize various activities and special events.
