Matthew Pugliese braves cold to participate in fourth annual "Civic Action" trip

Matthew Pugliese from Lake Forest Academy braved the extreme weather and participated in Northwestern University's fourth annual "Civic Action" trip. Matthew took public transportation to three troubled Chicago neighborhoods and served at homeless shelters by cooking and cleaning. Matthew interacted with children and adults in the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless and heard firsthand accounts about growing up homeless on the streets.
