Marcus Koppenhoefer Receives Everett E. Grace Music Prize

On Friday, May 20, various students received academic awards from different departments for their dedication to their studies. Marcus was the recipient of the Everett E. Grace Music Prize. The Everett E. Grace Music Prize was established to honor Mr. Grace's lifetime of sharing music with young people. The award is presented to the senior whose involvement in the Academy's music program has been deemed by the department to have been most inspirational in encouraging the participation of others in music study and performance. Marcus has been an invaluable member of the LFA community, contributing to countless concerts as an orchestra member and as a leader of Co-ax.

John Strudwick, Head of School, commends Marcus and the other award winners for consistently showcasing academic interest, in accordance with one of the pillars of the Lake Forest Academy mission: Scholarship.
