Jennifer Levitt participates in the 2014 Service Learning Day

Jennifer Levitt participated in Service Learning Day, which took place on Thursday, April 24th. Service Learning Day is an annual event where students attend service trips to forest preserves, retirement centers, and various other locations to give back to the larger community. Jenny visited the North Chicago VA Medical Center and interacted with war veterans who are in rehabilitation for their injuries. Sarah Collins, the Director of Service Learning at LFA, called the event a huge success thanks to the hard work of the students and faculty.
