Ella Ekstrom leads fall VOX concert

On November 19th, members of the vocal group VOX participated in the "An A Cappella Debut" concert. The group performed "Use Somebody" by Caleb Followill for the opening stage. Subsequent stages were held by soloists and duets. Ella performed "They Can't Take That Away From Me" as a solo singer and participated in a duet with Nick Lin. The VOX males also sang two songs while the girls performed a mixture of "Just the Way You Are" by Bruno Mars and "Just a Dream" by Doug Hayes.

Peg Plambeck, the VOX director, states that the concert was a great success due to the hard work of Ella and the other VOX members. She looks forward to Ella's musical progress throughout the year.
