Sophia Platcow chosen as a Service Club Leader for the 2014-2015 school year

Thirteen service club leaders have been chosen for the upcoming school year. Sophia will be a liaison for the cheerleading squad and will organize the school supply drive with India Shelley. She will also oversee the Sundays with Seniors program and service trips to PADS, a homeless shelter in Lake County. Additionally, she will meet with representatives from the North Chicago Community Partners organization and help organize the annual Harvest Hope event in the fall. Sarah Collins, the Director of Service Learning, states that Sophia is dedicated to service and will carry out the duties of a service club leader with enthusiasm.
